I called Wagner A/C the morning of May 9 2017 and that afternoon I was back up and running. The inside return unit had a wire that burnt out causing a transformer and relay to fry. Tech was friendly, fast, and efficient. A++ Service Highly recommend to all.
We received a fast response after we called them then within 1 hour they were at our house, Very efficient and it was a Saturday afternoon call.
The gentlemen that did all the work were very professional, they laid down a few tarps so my carpet wouldn’t get dirty. They worked diligently and had me up and running in no time and I could feel the difference instantly. Mr. Wagner himself dropped by for a few minutes and discussed the new unit with me and the yearly service call they make to ensure my unit is running properly. He also informed me that his office will handle my warranty paperwork and have it mailed to me upon completion, which they did. I was and am very pleased with Wagners’s service and business.
